Carbon Fiber Ski Lurks for Telemark Skiers

102" Detachable carbon fiber telemark ski lurk.  Weight 2.3lbs.

Made from 2 carbon fiber prism survey poles, carbon fiber ferrule, stainless steel push button with 5/8"-11 threaded ends for poly balls.

Half the weight of other wooden ski lurks (mine is 4.7lbs!), stiff like steel, light like the powder!  A lighter lurk is less tiring, easy to reach with for getting creative with your lurk technique, easier on the lift, and light enough to use as ski poles.

Prism survey poles (need 2)

They are used with prism for a total station in construction layout and surveyors. Any surveyor friends or concrete contractors may have old ones laying around, newer ones are usually carbon fiber. Requires two of these poles. These are key since they already come with a 5/8”-11 threaded end.

Example:  The above lurk is not this product below, an example I found with a quick search.
